Came in for an alignment. Excellent price wonderful service and fast turn over. Fixed my freeway vibration and drives perfect now.

Had nothing but a good experience. Went in wanting one set of tyres and left with another for much less! I can't remember the blokes name, I think it was Mick (the one with the moustache), really went out of his way to explain things to me and suit my needs.

I've always had my tyres done at Bridgestone and they always provide a great price and great customer service. The kind of people you can genuinely ask a question about a product and recieve a straight answer.
Have had all my alignments done by Nicholas and he was very informative and a great deal of help.

Came in the other week to get an alignment done on my car, i had originally gotten my potenzas fitted by Nic at the Cheltenham store and was disappointed to hear that he wasn't there anymore when I needed an alignment done on one of my cars as he had managed to beat every other price I had gotten and had taken the time to discuss with me what tyres would suit what I needed perfectly, thankfully the person I spoke to on the phone said that he was still with Bridgestone but had just moved to a store closer to me, needless to say I have followed his exceptional customer service to the new store and have not been disappointed yet, will definitely be coming to Mentone to get new tyres fitten on my other cars from now on!

poor service nothing worse than a mechanic talking crap to milk you for money or had one job but didn't do it properly! I do not recommend this place to anyone will never be back again! Had to go back because of a job they had done wasn't satisfied my car was better before I visited this place very unhappy customer they refused to doing anything about it tried to talk me into spending more money on parts as if I was dumb. Don't bother replying to this comment because you men are useless and I won't waste my time coming in for another visit to be talked down like a dumbass
