I’d highly recommend Chris for all your mechanical servicing / maintenance needs. We recently brought to him our son’s 2007 Patrol which had thrown up a check engine light. The issue was associated with the EGR valve. Rather than making any assumptions or taking what would have been an easier route to simply see us on our way, Chris took on the painstaking process of finding the proverbial needle in the EGR haystack. He successfully identified an electrical issue and resolved the problem efficiently and professionally. He took his time to explain in detail what steps he was taking to locate the gremlin and went above and beyond in identifying and resolving a potentially serious issue that we weren’t aware of. Chris is our new “go to” guy for all our mechanical needs. He and Michelle make a fantastic team and as such you should do yourself a favour and have them service all your mechanical needs.

I now get both my vehicles looked after by CM Vehicle Services.
My daughter recommended CMVS in Clyde North after they repaired a blown turbo on her Ford Ranger. Like her I found Chris and Michelle to be very welcoming and knowledgeable about mechanical maintenance. This business is not a quick oil lube and see you in 6months type of business. Chris is a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic who can pull your motor apart and put it back together good as new.If you are looking for someone who can service and repair items before they become major issues then I highly recommend giving them a call.
I'm very happy with the transmission fluid change on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson as other mechanics told me no need to change the oil it's good for the life of the vehicle.

Chris and the team have been servicing my cars for about 5 or 6 years now and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
Not only do they do a great job servicing the car but they will give it a thorough once over and advise if anything else needs to be replaced like brakes, drive belts, bearings etc and will always contact you to explain their diagnosis and seek your approval before proceeding to do extra work.
Well worth the drive from Mordialloc and St Kilda where my partner and I live.

Garage came recommended. Now I highly recommend Chris. My Audi Q5 had a knocking that 4 mechanics couldn’t identify including the Audi dealer. Chris had the car and identified it and fixed the issue no problem.

Really pleased with the outcome, will for sure using cmvs for the future.

First time taking my car for a service. Michelle was friendly, pleasant and gave me detailed report of my car. They have gone above and beyond to finish service on my car on time as they promised. I was super impressed. Highly recommend.
