We chose Brember Family Funerals to arrange our beautiful mum's Funeral. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. Chris and Jess put on a wonderful and touching tribute. They spent so much time with our family to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted. No rush, no pressure, no selling. Just a service that we wanted so we could celebrate mum's life the way we wanted. The package we chose was extremely reasonable. There are not enough words I could write that could ever thank Jess and Chris enough for the care and compassion they showed while taking care of my nan.

From the call to say she passed to allowing us to say our goodbyes and taking the time we needed before they took her away, to listening to our request and must haves for nan to be prepared for her funeral, to our final photo request with my newborn daughter laying on her great nans coffin (there first meeting together).

Nothing was ever to much and we never felt rushed.

The funeral itself was so beautiful and many people said it was the best they have ever attended. Chris definitely has a way with words and can tell a story like he has known you for years.

I can’t recommend Brember Family Funerals highly enough.

Very affordable but not lacking service and style.
Brember Family Funerals were a lovely, helpful group of people. Chris was extremely comforting right from the moment he showed up to transport our dad. It was the compassion my young sisters and I needed.
For the planning we had Jess come to our home and she was also very lovely and comforting and patiently helped us sort everything out. Her gentle demeanour made us all feel at ease and I would say she went above and beyond what she needed to do.
We were kept informed along all the steps of the process before the funeral and also afterwards.
Chris was easy to deal with and helped us put our dot points into a beautiful eulogy for our dad and delivered it perfectly on our behalf.
The coffin and flowers were stunning and had many compliments and dad got to go out in style.
Brit was who dropped off my father's ashes was equally as lovely and offered an ear and coffee if I needed someone to talk to.
All in all, a definite 5 star.

My heart felt thanks to Jess, Chris and the Team at Brember Family Funerals. They listened to our needs with compassion and guided us through the process with kindness and understanding. Thanks to them our father was laid to rest in the most beautiful way. They have supported us before, during and after Robert lost his battle with cancer. Thank you for leading us through that process, making this difficult time a little less so.

Recently our family had to farewell our beloved Mum. Brember Family Funerals showed us incredible care and compassion during a very difficult time. Not long after we contacted them, we were greeted by 2 staff members from Brember who advised us of what the process was in transferring Mum from her room to the Brember site. The staff members were absolutely caring and supportive and allowed us the time we needed to process everything. A few days later we met with Jess, who was very caring and respectful and never pressured us into making any decisions. She was extremely supportive and kind, willing to help us in any way we requested and constantly kept us up to date. The preparation was stress free and well organised. On the day of the funeral, all staff involved were very caring and kind to us and our mourners. We highly recommend Brember Family Funerals and can not thank them enough for their help and support.
