  Do not use this company. We paid more than $250 for a steam clean on carpet. On inspection the carpet appeared to not have been cleaned. The company then organised a 'fix-up' and said "no guarantees". Again the carpet looked like it had only been vacuumed. We then had to get a specialist carpet cleaner in, who charged less than Austral, did a great job and pulled up so much dirt he said there was no way the carpet had been properly steam cleaned. We had to pay for the service twice and have not been able to get a refund.

  Extremely disappointed.
  We paid close to $1000 for a bond clean and carpet clean. They finished everything in lightning speed which confused me given a carpet clean as well as bond clean.
  
  They wouldn't let me pay prior. On the day they were requoting and upselling.
  
  House did not smell clean
  Specifically asked for an oven clean. It was ok. But not the standard expected from a professional.
  Bathrooms were not clean. Our rental agency made us come back to reclean them plus all bench tops.
  Tracks were passable just. We had cleaned walls. But found splashes on them afterward. Not a lot of care. Could go on.
  Thank goodness the rental agency was leniant on us as they new how much we paid. Not a professional standard.
  Have sent them my complaint. Received back a disclaimer. They did not address anything.
  This was a 2 year old house. Easy to clean.

  Very greatful for the good bond clean by Vanur and his wife. They did an excellent job on short notice and travelled to the GC from Brissy.

  Avoid this company, they charge a rediculous amount and bond still gets taken due to their negligence. I will be taking them to the ACCC as they refused a refund now resulting in me being out of pocket for another bond cleaner from another company to do the job properly.

  Well the guy that came out did the job professionally, I was happy with that, just a bit if a mix up with the right time of coming to do the job, but was very well mannered in a gentlemanly way
