Absolutely spectacular meals and service. Very kid friendly and family orientated. An outdoor area that caters for smokers or just an outdoor drink. Food comes to you within minutes and the quality is second to none.
I've been there many times and will definitely go there again If theres one thing I could suggest? Chicken salt options on the tables? I'd nearly move in

Look it’s not five star dining but a country pub, yet it has the nicest food. A small selection but what they offer they do exceptionally well. The serving sizes and generous and well priced. The food in fresh, homely and hearty and seasoned to parfection. I also like that their dining area isn’t over crowed or loud, it’s cosy.

Excellent selection of quality food available ! Plenty of good variety vegetables, lamb shanks were cooked to perfection. Plenty of good seating area available as well.

Really nice regional hotel. Good freshly prepared food and a decent selection of wines by the glass. My favourite hotel in Ararat. Generally not open early in the week. They have a nice fire in the dining room in Winter.

Very good country pub food. Stopped in for a mid-week meal and had a delicious steak. Nice, relaxed place.
