Great service. They fixed up my bike quickly and only made suggestions that I found useful (eg. they didn't tell me to scrap my bike and buy a brand new one, as a few places have)
Simon helped me sort a problem I have had with my bike from day one and several good mechanics have failed to deal with. He did it professionally, at a reasonable price, with good humour, with ingenuity and he really cares about the results he gets. He also did it in very quick time. Couldn't find a mechanic like him in Sydney - your lucky to have him Canberra.
I left my beanie at home in Melbourne and was passing this shop with a friend and managed to get a new beanie. Warmer than the Melbourne beanie - perfect for the weather at the moment.
They don't rent bikes - they'd get five stars from me if they did.
Would not give my bikes to anyone else. Simon is the man when it comes to a top service!
Salt needed.
They fixed two minor problems with my bike in about thirty seconds and charged me nothing! I was pleased with the lovely service and would definitely recommend!
Nothing but sound honest advice. Not afraid of restoring old clunkers and ferreting out unusual parts if necessary
The team at Bike Culture have been great from the beginning. Firstly servicing my bike at a reasonable price, replacing parts at competitive prices. They also supplied me with a helmet which I had then had issues with (manufacturers fault). Suffice to say they solved this problem for me, no hassles, all with great customer service.
If you need anything done on your bike, or just need some cycling gear, Bike Culture is the place to go to in Canberra
