Great service - we went in looking for a bike for my partner and left with one each!
Went in to help my partner buy a first bike for casual cycling. The staff asked some thoughtful questions and tried her on some cheap hipster bikes (like we'd asked for). They then suggested a bike that was a bit different to what we'd said, but was perfect for her needs! I gave it a spin and liked it so much I bought one too. The help around servicing and customisation since has also been great.

They sell Specialized gear which I love. The staff are knowledgable but moody. Got ignored after asking for assistance with a cheap bike for my son. Three thumbs down.

Came here the other day thinking I'd have to drop 200+ on new brakes. One of the guys out the back fixed up my brakes in about 5 minutes and also stopped them from squeaking. Very knowledgeable staff and he did this all for free. When I do need to get new brakes, I'll definitely be coming back here.

I bought a bike from here a few years ago and have had it maintained by the team at The Cyclery. The staff are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Great service every time.

Got a bike put together here after getting it shipped in from interstate. The total cost, plus a rear guard was $168. What a rip off, that is more than half of the cost of the whole bike I got put together. Not only was the exorbitant price ridiculous for the job of putting a bike together!! It took 5 days to do a 40minute job and I was ridiculed when I picked the bike up. I was told by the bike mechanics that the bike frame was too big for me and "why did I buy a bike from online" (I didn't got it shipped from a legit shop interstate) when I could have paid a measly $700 for a "better" bike from their store. Will never buy anything from here again and planning to tell everyone I know not to go to this store. Good luck surviving in a small town, maybe up your customer service game.

I have found that these guys have a very good range of bikes and products with good service and after sales support. But not 5/5 as not as willing to negotiate on price to match other places with the same models within Australia. (I was keen to buy)
