Visited the store today to get a jacket which was on the wrong clearance section.I pointed this out to the manager who instead of meeting me halfway and taking ownership of the fact the item was in the wrong discount section did not want to compromise at all.he was a young manager who came across slightly agressive like he was trying to prove i am right your wrong and that was final instead of showing me respect and trying to meet me halfway and work out a solution to satisfy both parties.I will not be returning until they hire staff who can deal with customer complaints better and meet you halfway rather then trying to prove they are right and your wrong.

Walked the whole store and passed 5 staff before the bike guy finally spoke to me. A simple "hi do you need any help" would have made my experience a much better one. Disappointed

Generally overpriced, staff are fairly knowledgeable. Don't even bother price matching, they proudly display beat the competition by 10% but do ANYTHING to get out of it. Must not be on 'clearance sale', must be in stock at the LOCAL shop, must be blah blah blah. If you need something urgently then visit BCF over the road and then these guys. But save yourself a fortune and by online.

Contrary to others, I received excellent service
I recently purchased a bike from Anaconda in Fyshwick ACT. The shop assistant serving me was very cooperative and had good knowledge of the products on offer. Fortunately the bike was in stock and the person was happy to assemble it. When I came back the next day it was all ready. I was very much pleased with the service I received. After reading all the reviews here I was prepared to compromise on customer service but instead I was presented with the top class service.response / report this review -

Before going to the store, I read the reviews which were not glowing. I decided to have my own experience and buy a pair of trekking shoes. There was no one to help. I found a couple of pairs to try but could not find the sizes so left disappointed. Surely some customer service would go a long way to helping this business make more sales.
