Got a great haircut for just $10 - I was lucky though as my hairdresser was already a professional just doing a refresher course in men's haircut. Felt comfortable and the whole place had a great vibe. I will return!

Still going and still impressed. Took my son who has Autism and the young guy hairdresser who works only on Tuesday did an awesome job both with the hair and making him feel comfortable.

Excellent. $10 to get my head shaved and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Made no difference to me that a student did it. Everyone seems to win. Very helpful people.

My hair is not easy to deal with, but the student colourist Jodie was unphased. After the colour consultation, she mixed up several bowls and made a few separate applications for the roots, regrowth, grey resistant areas etc.
I was really impressed by how precise Jodie was in her sectioning and application. She worked quickly too, but still taking care to check over everything.
I had never been to Biba Academy before today and I must admit I am so happily surprised by the professional, efficient and friendly service. And a great cuppa too! Thank you!
Three weeks later, and my haircut by Brooke is seriously the best haircut of my entire life thus far. Without exaggeration, my hair is an odd mix of straight and curly, and I'm growing out a lot of bleach breakage. Brooke had a really good look at my hair and how it moved, consulted her supervisor and simply made it happen. She gave me styling tips which have been gold. My weird mop has been getting compliments on the daily!

Had colour done by Cherry, 1/2 head of highlights. She did a fantastic job. Takes a bit longer but worth it. I get my hair cut here as well and am never disappointed.

The students are very careful and take great care, and the instructors are always around and are really nice and helpful, great place!

Natalie cut my hair and she did an awesome job. She was very careful and paid attention to what I wanted which was great. The instructors are always around and checking with the students so it is very unlikely that something goes wrong. The people are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
