The 2nd star is for the salesman. (Although clearly wanting my money)
I brought the top of the range king size mattress and base almost 3 years ago. Great looking bed and i love the base. I wish i could say the same about the mattress. When you pay $5000 for your bed you expect it to last. Not even three years and the supports going through the middle of the bed and my partner and i now have lumber back pain constantly. I like to support aussies company's but i won't be returning to this one.

Ordered split king in May.. got delivered wrong electric base and wrong size single base.. and one mattress which looked and felt nothing like what we ordered. Questioned store (George) was assured mattresses were the same as ordered. Waited 8 weeks sleeping on the floor on these horrible mattresses with no bases.. not happy as i have a bad back, hence the reason for the electric bed! Questioned them about bases mattresses again and mattress covers which i was told had to be used or warranty was void! Got refused exchange or refund on covers which are still not in (November) and told i could take a dirty display mattress in exchange for the mattress which was not right. Finally got bases in August only for the single base to still be the incorrect height.Horrible staff once they have ur money they dont care. Please avoid.

Told us the deliver would be 4-6 weeks before we purchased. A couple of days after got a call to say the it would be 6-8 weeks. We call them after 8 weeks, told us they had it in stock, but we can't have it because they are too busy with stock take and may get it next week.
