I had an outstanding experience with this car removal service! When I called them to remove my old car, their exceptional customer service shone through. The team was not only super friendly but also responded promptly to my call. I was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable prices, making them the top car wreckers in Perth in my book. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to everyone in need of efficient and reliable car removal. They truly exceeded my expectations!

This guy is a scammer.I told him that the engine is damaged and he offered $600 over the phone and I asked him twice and he said any condition and he when we got the car, he gave me $500. I told him that he should honour his word but he said he hadn’t seen the car yet and now that he’s seen it, he was going to give me $500. Don’t use him. It’s not the $100 difference, he not an honorable man.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company, if I could rate it 0 stars I would🙃. I got told a tow truck would come out at 4:00pm, I waited half an hour extra and gave them a call because they haven’t arrived. He said that the tow truck broke down and they were sending another one, an hour and a half later and still no tow truck, I then called again and he said that he couldn’t find a replacement (but didn’t bother to tell me). He said the next tow truck was available at 7:00pm and I said I’d give him a call back to let him know, I go to call him back and he has completely ghosted me, leaving my car stranded. Absolutely shocking service and communication with completely incompetent staff and you should all do yourself a favour and go somewhere worth your time.

I rang and spoke to owner and he offered $800 for a running and in condition Mercedes,, the driver rocked up and started the car and doesn’t take it out of gear and drives straight into the back of his truck and completely smashes the front end of my Mercedes. Then turn around and said he I’ll offer $600 when he was at fault.
You can not do that so angry 😡 do not use this company.. have tried to contact owner and he has turned his phone off. Customer service is disgustingresponse / report this review -

Needed parts for my mazda.. after waiting quite some time it wasn't the write model they advertised.. but told me they had the part I needed even after I had sent pic and drove over an hour to get there waist of time and money.. useless

Needed 5 parts of a Mazda. I was quoted for those 5 parts.
After 2 hours of waiting, they were only able to get out 2 of those parts (I got out one, and helped with the other), and yet they wanted to charge the same amount as I was quoted before.
When I disputed having to pay that amount, I ended up in a heated yelling match with the owner.
Terrible customer service and treatment.
