My car was towed by Performance Towing after an accident in Feb 2019.
After being assured by the tow truck driver about how secure their holding premises were, the car was then stolen from their Burswood yard that weekend. According to the Police report, these jokers left the keys inside the vehicle! I only found out about my car being stolen 3 days later when I got a call from the Police towing company who had recovered the vehicle.
Performance Towing then lied to me stating that the Police had told them not to inform me. Not once did they apologise for or even acknowledge the incident, all of which would have been avoided if they had any sort of proper security in place.
In my experience this ‘company’ is completely and utterly untrustworthy and I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Even giving them 1 star is too generous.response / report this review -
