  Very unprofessional to deal with, an hour late to a pre arranged pick up, offered the absolute lowest amount for the car which to be honest I expected being a young woman by myself however I didn’t have to time or energy to argue after just losing an hour of my day waiting for them to actually show up

  What a gold mine, these guys are fantastic. The guys are so helpful, always smiling and the prices are great. I could not find a negative thing wrong other than the parking is a bit tight, but that's not a major problem.

  This was the first time I needed a company to collect and dispose of my car. Talking to Habib on the phone and then when he came out to me to provide his view of the value of the car, there was no pressure (well just a little :)) to take his offer. He spoke to me very well and explained the process. Once we agreed on the price and he paid me on the spot, the driver came a couple of hours later to collect the car. I hope I never have to use this service again for another 17 years, but fingers crossed Habib and the team will still be there! Thanks fellas
