This is a fairly large general pet store. They provide numerous pet products including carriage cases, toys, food, medicine, cat litter, and pets themselves. Service is generally quite good and friendly. Signing up to the loyalty program is a good idea, especially when prices for pet products are so high generally. I have not used the vet or grooming services but I believe they are available.

Don't go here to get your dog groomed unless you want to be ripped off!
Price list quoted $80 for a medium sized dog but mine (a spoodle) had some matted fur and only once I was there did they tell me that the groom was going to be $170.00!!! They more than doubled the price! I was forced to pay as I couldn't get another appointment before Xmas. Terrible serviceextortionists!response / report this review -

Service is really good, range of products is great. Sale prices aren't fantastic, better pricing can be had online. Vet services are excellent.

A very disappointing store for customer service. After shopping here for 3 pets , today is the last time after 4 years , rang and spoke to the manager explaining what occurred her response, lm sorry that happened, have a good day. What a moron loyal customers don’t grow on trees , there are plenty of businesses selling what they do..

I will NEVER be taking my dogs back here for grooming. The bichon puppy came out looking like Hey Arnold. Hair lengths are all over the place. Not a good job at all!! I was so upset, I came home and tried to fix up all their mistakes.

We had been here a couple of times to buy food for my little cat and hadn't had a bad experience until my partner had to take him to the vet.. He was unwell and I have the complete care cover for him so it made sense to go the closest Our Vet at Maribyrnong (usually go to South Morang) Worst mistake ever! When being seen by the vet (the vet ever commented on how well behaved he was) my partner then had to wait 45 minutes for his antibotics (which are already made up only a sticker of our details is needed to be put on) then had the lady come in and shove it in his mouth? He was then terrified and went crazy.. The lady knew that she did something wrong AFTER she decided in her head that this was the right thing to do in the first place? I am sorry but this was so wrong.. I am appalled to hear what happened to my little guy. He was terrified for the rest of the day and is now scared to go in the car. He now goes to the toilet everytime he is in my car this NEVER happened before this experience. If I could give this vet 0 stars that is all it would ever get.

The girls & guys are so helpful and knowledgeable about their pets, they made the introduction of our turtle into our home really fun and easy. They all have a real passion for what they do. Thank you.

I love that shop I recon I have my favourite staff there Um I would like them to have pet food cat covers for there wet food So I can keep the food fresh Ziggy has a play mate now a tabby kitten called lucky and they are the best mates these days Ziggy doesn't play much but sleeps in her blue igloo bed most of the time she don't sleep with Kate as much no more but she comes to me when she feels like it I try and send u all a photo of the two of them Ziggy loves u all very much

Not a cheap pet store, but they have a good range. They stock the science diet prescription food which is handy.
