Station is average. Service is even worse. Another delay between this station and a signalling fault down the line. Average a delay every 2 weeks.

Too small to service Point Cook & Williams Landing communities. Platform too narrow, Car park too small, bus terminal decent size but strangely laid out, wasting time driving around in circles to get in and out.

Great new station, access and cleanliness. Lacks decent quantity of parking for current users though.

It's a decent station that's rather large and has a lot of platform space, parking spaces are not great though. Has a good number of bus terminals, just wish the services could be a little more frequent and more importantly. on time.

Bus and train timings are never in sync. Bus drivers take off when train just arrived. Also there could be more parking, frequency of trains during peak times also another lane just for cars towards the station.

Could have done a better job in designing this station. Very busy station with low on station parking space. There is a paid parking lots. Station parking lot is far away from the station and reach very early in the morning to get parking there.

Easily accessible clean new facility. Metro just need to put extra trains on during the peek period.

Not enough parking, another poorly scoped project not up to the demand from the beginning..Palmers road should never have been single lane that ends up holding traffic going to the station for massive amounts of people driving onto the freeway..they are at least widening it now but where's the efficiency in doing it twice?
