  Rude. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Trying to talk to any staff there is like hitting a brick wall. Do not put your love ones there unless your desperate. I honestly don’t know how they get 5 stars reviews from anyone. If I have a choice I will not put my relative in there. I give them no stars.

  Love this place. After several times visits, we already became friends with their friendly thoughtful stuff , especially Lydia Zhang ,she is so honest and kind.
