Nice meal. Had the seafood platter very nice. Salad was great. Only issue was some of the mussels still had the beards on. Not cleaned well. But in all very nice.

Love the $12 lunches! Have quickly become regulars at Berrigan's. New owners have turned the place around. Shame about one of the managers who is quitrvrude but all the other staff are lovely

Fantastic food and great bar and a good value little drive through bottleshop. Really really friendly place. The new owner Cameron is an incredibly nice guy and generous with his customers. The staff are well organised efficient and welcoming.

Best place for a well portioned and cheap lunch for $12!!! The food is great too for that price. Friendly staff and nice outdoor view of the lake.

Disgusting customer service by the Manager!!!
Went to Berrigan's by the lake last weekend for a friends birthday. After everyone received their meals, mine still had not arrived. We asked the waitress where my meal was, after going and asking the chief and then looking through their orders, my order wasn't there. The manager who had serviced me when i ordered my meal came over and explained there was no order there and there was no way i ordered a meal. This went on for half an hour and when we asked for him to look back on the cameras he said he couldn't until Tuesday!!! So i left with no meal and no money returned! On Tuesday he said the camera's at the bar do not work. He made it clear he didn't want to give me my money back but in the end 2 days later he did. This customer service is disgusting!! I paid $8 for extra prwans for a reef and beef. I got 3!. That's $2.66 a prawn. Everything else was great. If I had got 6 prawns I would have given 5 stars. That would work out at $1.33 a prawn. Much better value in my book.

For a start this place is not at 758 Berrigan Drive as stated by the website - the cheap lunch menu was nice and plentiful however the behaviour of the manager towards us was a disgrace - we were a group of 25 seniors who he knew was coming. He did not have nearly enough staff to cope with the number of people there. He made us take our own orders, deliver our own food to our clients and then collect the money from the clients . THAT IS THE JOB OF THE STAFF AT THE VENUE not the guests. It would appear that groups are not welcome and we will certainly not be coming back. The way he spoke to our seniors re placement of their walkers was a disgrace.
