Love the BenQ eye-care lamps, bought for my son as study lamp. Like the auto dimming function which is quiet helpful and good for your eyes too! It's not a cheap product, but worth the money!

My 32" Benq BL3200 stopped working 3 weeks after 3 years. Very unlucky since the warranty is 3 years. Still I called them and they said they could probably have a look at it within a grace period. I honestly wasn't expecting it. So they did and apparently they had to replace the screen, which rarely goes bad on these high end monitors and they did it for free!
That's what I call a customer service. Thank you BenQ!
