  Couldn’t say a bad word about this team! Today Matthew and I received the best news that we have purchased our first block of land. It wasn’t easy, however, Brad and Aine made us feel at ease. They are personable, friendly and professional. They made sure we had everything organised and did all the hard work including back and forth with the banks. We couldn’t have done it without them and could not recommend them enough. Thank you! You guys are the best!!

  Brad was so easy to deal with. He was honest with us, upfront and extremely informative, we’re happy we chose Brad as our Broker and would chose him again and again and again. We probably did a brokers worse nightmare and exchanged without formal loan approval but he made it happen and got the job done quickly with the best result for us possible. We’re overly grateful for Brad and honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

  I was told by 2 other brokers to forget about the idea of buying a home or having a chance of securing a spot with the First Home Buyers 5% scheme. I found Brad on fb and met with him for a free consultation, he found ways around my road blocks that I had in obtaining a loan. 5 months on, I secured a place with the first home buyers scheme and bought my first home. Brad responded to my calls or texts on the same day and answered all my questions. Aine, Brads admin was amazing who was updating me daily with responses from the bank or what stage my loan was at. I couldn’t fault the service. I’m the happiest first home buyer ever and wouldn’t of achieved this on my own or within the short time frame without the help of the team at Wisebuy. Thanks guys 😊

  From our first meeting with Brad, he was friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Brad was professional, thorough and his communication skills excellent.
