Staff are friendly, especially the receptionist Renee, provided a quick efficient service which works well for me, got a clean which took 10mins in and out, highly recommend

Honestly staff were friendly. That wasn't the issue.
Don't advertise doing composite resin/veneers if you can't properly make a simple repair to a chipped resin tooth.
The repair made was not properly colour matched, not properly buffed, and I had a sharp piece unpolished which eventually wore down after a week. The area still feels rough, under light I can see the imperfections, and when paying such a high price for a seemingly simple, small chip ($380) I expect a lot better. I shudder to think how much they'd charge for a filling or any other major work, and I wouldn't come back again if they were the last dentist open in Newcastle. Only gave them a go as it was very close to my house and had good reviews, and after going there myself I don't know how they have such a high rating. Very disappointed.
