Excellent price, service and quality (replacement laptop battery for Dell XPS13). There was a minor problem with the first battery and the guys sent a replacement at their cost and bent over backwards to get it done. There are a ton of dubious suppliers out there (posing as "Australian" companies) but I'm happy to say HBPlus are the real deal, as well as a real Australian company and I would happily buy from them again. Thanks very much.

I would give these guys 5 stars for service, and 3 for quality based on my story. I have a nice 10yo Metabo drill, but Metabo will not replace the battery as they don't make them any more (next time I will get Makita). So I ordered a compatible battery pack from HB Plus (quality did not seem as nice as the orig, but it worked.) After 11m it failed (would not take charge). I reported this by email a month later to Daniel and he immediately said he would send a new one even though it was just out of warranty. It came and was the wrong model, so they shipped another. This one failed after a couple of weeks. At this point I give up on these (chinese?) batt packs working and asked for a refund. To my surprise they were apologetic and said they would process a refund with no argument. I suspect they are well meaning, and may have some stock of this battery pack from China with QA issues which they can do nothing about. Given these difficulties in my case, they way they dealt with it was really excellent - I wish all online sellers were this honest and professional. Rob. I called this afternoon to check availability of specialised batteries which you confirmed you had in stock. I advised I would send someone to collect this afternoon before 5pm and you said that would be fine. I had our employee make a special trip to your factory to find it locked up at 4:45pm with no-one there and no-one answering the phone. Very poor service. I needed these batteries for tomorrow morning and now have to chase up elsewhere. Very poor service and you wont be getting any future business from us :-( One very unhappy potential customer. p.s. update your website as it also states 5pm. Bill
