Really bad customer service. Waxing is alaways a bit painful that’s for sure. But on top of that they made me feel really uncomfortable. It seemed like the lady was in a rush and tried to get the job done as quick as possible. She spilled heaps of wax over my body and didn’t even pick up the last bits of wax in the end. She really did a bad job. If you’re in desperate need of a waxing you’ll get an appointment very quick but that’s the only positive aspect about BeWaxed.

Friendly staff and professional. They are clean and thorough with the waxing. You can make your appointment online and receive text and email reminders. Will recommend to others.

This is the best place by far I've been to for waxing and I've been to many all over the country. Casey who I book with all the time is lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. She's a pro, my eyebrows have never looked so good. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's quick and definitely the least painful waxing place I've been to as well! First place I'd recommend if you're in Cairns.

Had a fantastic experience with this business from the moment I booked I could tell they were very professional. I even had texts the night before my appointment answering any questions I had.

On arrival I felt immediately comfortable and without a doubt it was a very positive experience. Bewaxed well worth finding. Thanks Monique for doing such a great job with the waxing, lashes and eyebrows. I look forward to my next appointment. :)
