I've visited Jade clinic a few times when I've been in town and to be honest it's extremely unprofessional. I've had the same nurse both times, first time her hair fell in my face whilst in treatment and the second time her breath reeked of alcohol and unenthusiastic to be there. Don't waste your time!!

I saw Ella this week for my free consultation in regards to some facial asymmetry. Immediately I felt so comfortable with her as she told me in great detail about the different types of injectables there are, what they do and how they work. When I pointed out exactly what issues I had, she called another lady in (whose name I have forgotten) that was exactly the same - informative, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. When I go through with my treatment I can't think of any other clinic I would rather do it with after the way I was made to feel today. I am so thankful that a clinic of such high quality is in my home town.

I wish I could give Jade 100 STARS!
I can't recommend this clinic enough. I was previously a client of another well known cosmetic clinic in Cairns and it was just the most horrible experience. I was left horribly bruised and with an obviously lumpy and uneven result, not to mention the scary looking staff! I will never go back there!
Understandably, I was very cautious to try cosmetic injectables again. But I'm so glad I did!! Ella sat down with me and took the time to go through everything with me from start to finish. When it came to my treatment, she was so incredibly gentle and thoughtful. No bruising and a result better than I ever, ever expected. Furthermore, she followed up my treatment with a complimetary review to make 100% sure everything was perfect.
I can't thank you enough Jade Cosmetic Clinic. Will definitely be back xx

Very disappointed with the Coolsculpting treatment. I spent five hours and a lot of money having this done 10 weeks ago and, to date, no result. I still look exactly the same. Went back yesterday for follow-up visit and they wanted to take "after" photos. I told them not to bother as I still look the same as my "before" photos. They need to let potential clients know that the treatment may not work for everyone.

Only one word: Amazing.
As a man I had some issues fiding a place where I could feel truly welcome and where I could openly discuss my insecurities about my appearance.
At Jade I found an extremely welcoming team who was so approachable, professional and so kind.
Their director told me they have won a few awards and that doesn't surprise me at all. I would absolutely recommend this clinic! Double thumbs up!!

I have always seen Lisa for my treatments previously (who is amazing) although my most recent visit was with Ella. My treatment experience was exceptional and her knowledge of the service I received was second to none. Also I can personally recommend Tarlina for eye brow tattooing as she is such a perfectionist. I find all the staff at Jade highly experienced and they have always left me with confidence to recommend their services.
