Worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Food and service was terrible too. Pools are great so byo food and drink so as not to spoil your day

Every time i have been there's something broken either the spa sauna or steam room. More expensive for a locker that is half the size as the ones at Beatty Park. Can't put membership on hold so had to pay 7 months for spa and sauna for what a new door absolutely ridiculous nothing has changed.

Heated pools were cold. Life savers chatting away to each other oblivious to a man in the pool calling out to them. I was looking at putting my boy in swimming lessons but I felt for the kids there the other day shivering away, needs to be warmer in the cooler months if going to do lessons for kids. Slide was also closed and no waves. Maybe summertime is better

Liam Hughes I have to agree the food and staff for the cafe is unpleasant I will bring food from the shops next time I come this summer I wonder how long the cafe lady has been working there? I saw her make some kid cry for the same reason why your kid cried. Anyway the pools are quite a way to cool off during the summer I came on the day when it was 44.4 Degress and it was packed but it's sad that the water slide times have been changed because my son and daughter were looking for a way to cool off during the summer break earlier this year and it was closed because of "Safety Reasons" also i saw a kid getting bullied by these young adults I would still go here though ugh I hate the showers because they go cold then hot then the showers turn off randomly then i have to wait 30 seconds before washing off.

Impolite cafe lady, refused to give son hot chips because he did not have enough money (even though he was 20 cents short) plus the chips don't taste good The water slide is closed Mon-Fri only open on the weekend and holidays, Son was upset that he could not go on the water slide, was looking forward but ended up crying because of they changing the days of the water slide all though the pools are great. But I would not recommed the cafe unpleasant lady made my son cry plus there is junk food, next time I go i'll bring my own snacks.

This place is good in the summer espiecally when you want to get away from the heat tho it does get packed and there is no parking unfortunately other than I think this place is pretty good

Normally I would give 4 stars for Bayswater waves, however my experience today was not very good. I go to use the spa facility and hydrotherapy pool as I suffer back pain. There are about 12 or so jets in the spa with only 2 powerful enough to do my back any good. I'm happy to wait my turn for the use of 1 of these 2. Today the pumps broke down due to a storm. The staff closed the spa and hydrotherapy pool. The outside pool and waves and slide were also shut down not that I use them. As there was nothing left for me personally to use I asked for a voucher to return so I could use the facility I had paid for already. The on duty supervisor (Frazer) said all he could do was offer me and my wife $3 each return for the inconvenience. I feel ripped off paying $22 to use facilities that I could not use. I did not want a full refund, only a return voucher to use facilities I had paid to use already. He informed my that he could not do that and if I didn't want the $3 each refunded I could make a complaint n writing. I do not hold him responsible as he was only doing what the protocol dictated but I still feel ripped off and will be making a formal complaint in writing to the shire of Bayswater.

Great swimming pool for all ages and purposes i loved the baby pool for my little boy. There is a kids slide and the main indoor pool like a boat. Outside is another outdoor pool and kids play ground. Inside is a spa, another slide seperated to the pool and more.

Lots of parking. Indoor and outdoor pools. Wave pool and heated pools. Gym. Can book for activities BBQ or birthday parties. Green space (grassy areas) for picnics or private functions. Family and adult orientated.
