Fully refurbished in 2017. Lovely clean park and only a few permanents. Very quiet apart from the occasional aircraft taking off or landing which didnt really bother us.

Cheap and very clean! The only thing is it's closed to the airport and planes makes lot of noise.

THis caravan park has changed immensely. Please try it again. Amazing group of people! Limped in with car problems having had to turn around 150km from Perth on our way home to SA. JOhn and a couple of permanents could not have been more helpful. Car had to be towed so they put our van on site for us, helped move all our gear out of the car. SPotless park, only a very select handful of,permanents now. Once it is totally finished it will be fabulous and it's pretty close to that now,
Absolute credit to,John and a big thank you to,those who helped us. Airplane noise yes, but no worse than road trains! Once asleep don't notice. Close to everything. Highly recommend for,those who want to,be close to city! We did t get our car back till 2:30 and they were more than happy to let us have a very late checkout. There were some very bad reviews a few years back. The park has changed totally so please give it another try.response / report this review -

John the manager is very friendly and helpful. Brand new ensuite unit for $70 a night with everything you need, 10 mins from the city and shops down the road. Very happy with the place.

This Caravan park is the lowest.filthiest caravan park I have ever seen in Australia.When our family stayed at this place for four days back in 2012 we were under siege by the cops trying to arrest an armed meth dealer that had a separate caravan as its labnext door to the one he lived in.I have never seen so many junkies and retards in one placethe funny thing is the owners allow it as they are total scum bags themselvesTO BE HIGHLY AVOIDED.unless you fit in with the longterm scumbags that live there.

Do not stay here! Do not let children come anywhere near this place. This is not a place for travellers. This is not a place for families. This is a trailer park for the long term centrelinkers. It is right next to a busy road and directly underneath the Perth airport flight path. It is way too loud here to get any rest. I sleep like a log and I had trouble staying asleep. There is no camp kitchen and the showers are so filthy (and smelly) that they would make you dirty just looking at them. When we turned up we were shown a space between caravans that was a flat bit of builders sand with a dogs chew bone and some broken glass scattered in it. The residents were drunk and there was a lot of fist fighting between couples. We were woken up three times during the night by loud screaming and fighting inside the caravans. The drunken residents fell on our tent at 1 am and started shouting at us. It is half building site and other half hell. We packed up and left early because it was so bad that we would rather sleep in the car. On the bright side, the manager seems nice.

John the owner a good bloke but let bad tenants run amok. They get drunk, fight, scream, and look through your windows at night. Some tenants are drug users and openly offer their product. Showers filthy.
