  I shall not recommend this builder to anyone. If you unfortunately fall in their web means already signed a contract, please hire an independent building inspector as early stage as possible. I built single story house in late 2019. I experienced very poor & unfriendly customer service, some serious quality and non compliance issues from Bawa Builder. I'm deeply disappointed by the fact that I trusted Bawa Builder through our interactions at Craigieburn Gurdwara Sahib.

  Recently constructed houses at Beresford Rd, Wollert. Very satisfied by the service, quality and professionalism of the whole team. Looking forward for my next three projects to get off the ground soon with the great team of Bawa Builders.

  Unfortunately, won't recommend this builder especially if you have bigger build. This builder may be suitable only for average house build around 25sq. We were not getting answers within reasonable time frame. You send email and than no response back. If you looking to do something bit fancy or customized than go with other builder who understands whole process better. If you ask for suggestions or advise answer is "yes you can include whatever you want, it's your choice and money". Obviously we know that. If customer is asking for some suggestion or advise than as a builder who does builds there could have been some more helpful answers.
