A great service. Value for money. We used the largest bin available and was filled to the top. The driver put it as far back as possible and manages to get the truck and the bin in a tight driveway. website says clearly what can and cannot be placed in the bin without occurring extra charges. Good value for your Dollar $ the driver was courteous and friendly.
Recommend this company for all to use. And if needed extra week is cheep just $50 a bargain.

Horrible tying down methods, Truck carrying load along Salisbury highway/Port river expressway dropped multiple large foam/cardboard along road without stopping. SB76DJ was the rego. Would expect better from a “professional” business

I could not speak highly enough of their service and value for money. On time,very friendly staff. Will have no hesitation on using this business again. Thank you for making this an easy process, in what was a stressful period in moving homes.

Moving house, used a 4 cubic meter bin which was dropped off yesterday around 11ish and the driver drove over the newly planted council tree during the process. I returned this morning around 9 and the skip had already been picked up, only being half full. I called to say we werent finished and the woman had a zero care factor. Service was undoubtedly one of the most amateurish I have had the mispleasure of dealing with.
I was told the pick up times are not set and it could be any time of the
day. There was absolutely no compromise and NO EMPATHY at all. customer service was disgusting.
I stated I had to give the house keys in tomorrow and the telephone operator just didn't care.
Not even an offer of working something out for anbin.
Ended up using another business (Blue Bins Waste) to finish off the job who were great..

Spoke with Ellen and ordered a 4m3 skip. Realised the night before skip delivery we forgot to factor in the carpet. Sent an email to them to see if the skip could be upgraded. Got a call at 755am the next morning, it had been changed, the driver had to go back to swap it, but it was done with no problem or questions. Driver was great, was very careful not to damage the driveway or car parked opposite. Great experience from a SA owned and operated business! Sorry for the inconvenience, well done and thanks again! :)
