Over price , poor customer service and stock is over 12 month old or older. My battery didn't even last a day then the second one die 12 month later. I was offed a new battery without warranty.
They also have old analog testing equipment what a lot of auto electrician stop using 20 years ago.
Im not the first person this has happen to and wont be the last.
Go to a License Auto Electrician were battery on were shelf get replace ever three months with new stock if not sold before.

When I visited Battery World I was surprised at the range of batteries they had. There would be a battery for just about everything in there! Wouldn't go anywhere else

A battery with 9 months remaining on the warranty failed, took it in and they tested it and apparently it was fine, and I must have a problem with my car was the sugestion, even though the colour in the sight glass of the battery said otherwise, black instead of green, after I pointed this out to them a hydrometer was used (old school technology)which confirmed the battery had failed.I was give a replacement battery which was great but for the fact it was around the wrong way, back the next day to swap it over for the correct one. Overall apart from the inconvenience of loosing 2 days of my break, and inconveniencing someone else having to borrow their car for that time it was an ok experience.

Very helpful shop. Late review, sorry. Over a year ago now I had a deep cycle battery fail and had problems with a National Luna fridge I purchased from them. They replaced both for me no problem.
I love my 90 liter twin Nat Luna fridge. Best camping addition ever.

Overpriced, irresponsible and poor customer service.

If it wasn't for the fact that I needed this battery to complete a gift I would have been happy to walk out empty handed. When I walked in and asked the sales clerk for a specific battery, which was to be use in an E cig, the tone from the sales clerk when he asked me what it was for can only be described as knowingly condescending. On top of the fact that I paid twice as much as I would in any other country, I was made to sign an indemnity waiver before he would complete the sale stating that these batteries might explode. No further information was given as to how this might occur nor any preventative measures or care instructions. (After a quick Google search, it turned out to be quite simple) so thanks for nothing and I won't be back.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and a very wide range of batteries and power devices. What's more, if they haven't got and can't get the battery you need they may be able to build it from basic units. Great!
