Barry Plant Pakenham have been fantastic. Georgia Walklate is a highly responsive Property Manager who is great at her job! It has been a nice and smooth 18 months having Georgia as our PM. Thank you so much for all your help! Recently we have signed a new lease again with Barry Plant Pakenham and we have been working with our new Property Manager Adeline Johnston. From communicating over the phone she is very nice and also very responsive. We look forward to moving into our new rental in the next coming weeks and continuing a great tenant and property management relationship with Barry Plant :)

After being on the market for over 100 days, with no offers with another local agent in 2020, we were burnt & sceptical, to say the least, about putting our house back on the market in 2021.
I can honestly say that Amanda & Matt optimize the best in communication, dedication, hard work & commitment in selling property. Matt & Amanda sold our first family home & secured our purchase of another, with as minimal stress as can be expected AND all in less than 3 days, from going to market.
I cannot thank Matt & Amanda enough, when we sell our next home or look to purchase other property (either investment or to live in), Barry Plant will be our Number One Option & I will tell everyone that will listen, that these agents are the bomb.

Amanda was not a good agent to deal with as a buyer
My husband inspected a property to be told there was one unfavourable offer. As this property was in our price bracket, we wanted to put in an offer (higher end of asking price)
When we called Amanda after the inspection the next day, she stated unfortunately for us the vendors accepted an offer. Unfortunately for Amanda and the Vendors, the property sold for $40k less then what we were prepared to pay.
We were not given the opportunity to put an offer in at all. I wonder if the owners even knew we were very interested.
I definitely will not be getting Barry Plant to sell my property or recommending them to anyone

Not only have they assisted with finding the right property for my family, they have gone beyond to ensure the best out come for us.

They have ensured smooth transitions for us between homes, they have been reliable and professional in dealing with any issues that we may have had with properties and have been very quick to fix any problems.

Poor rental service!!!! Get told people will come to do maintenance that never show. Ring to find out why and get told they never called them back to ok the work now it's the weekend and they are not there. very unprofessional!
