A bit disappointing. The patio looks fine but caused a major roof leak as it wasn’t installed/sealed properly. Didn’t get much of an apology or follow up from Bardera. Initially was told damage would be repaired but didn’t get any calls or emails to organise this OR to check the leak was actually fixed. Luckily their installer Colin was kind enough to give me his number and came out 3 times to do the repair. They ended up paying our excess after we asked them to. Our roof is now covered in silicon and we have the hassle of dealing with insurance and trades to fix the damage 😑

Patio looks good.
however we had issues over the install getting done correctly and thought this was sorted, the install guys left the gutters and fascia's a mess and we discussed a plan to get them sorted but as soon as the work was complete no phone calls have been returned - on multiple occasions. We have been left really disappointed.
After the recent heavy rains the roof is leaking in all the places where the patio supports have been installed with water damage to the ceiling and due to the ill placed roof drainage pipe the water runs through the downlight in only moderate rain. We fell so let down and have very little confidence in the company in terms of any responsibility to follow up with any of these issues

The worst customer service I've experienced. Was contacted 3 times by myself & twice by Stratco who they contract to & no reply. If the customer service is disgraceful I certainly wouldn't trust them to build my patio. DO NOT recommend, I'd give negative stars if I could. Try Scally Projects, his customer service could not be faulted.

My point of contact on the Gold Coast was Trent Goldfinch, he was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole experiences, My partner and I go exactly what we wanted and it was a very simple straight forward process. Cant rate this man enough

When it came to install Adam and his team ( sorry I forgot your names) managed to get it done in one day and were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The end results looks awesome and would use this company again without a second thought.
