  I booked 6 months of fortnightly house cleaning two weeks ago to start tomorrow and have only received notification by text today that they cannot supply a cleaner in my area. I would have expected a telephone call at least. To say I am disappointed in an understatement. I now have to start the process of researching cleaning companies again. I will not recommend Tidy Me to friends or colleagues after my experience.

  Listen to all the one star reviews! I've been trying to get someone to clean my home for a month now. With no shows (without any correspondance) and last minute cancels. They blame the pandemic for lack of staff but that's no excuse for unprofessionalism. So don't accept my booking then if you can't fulfil it! Can't believe this company are still in business.

  I have attempted to get my house cleaned since December and they have not been able to find one cleaner. Notification is last minute and they do not have a service that allows you to contact them directly no phone, no email.
  
  I was recommended this company but I do not recommend it to you. I had them booked weeks before and was having a rental inspection (while we were interstate) and they cancelled on the day.
  
  Save yourself the bother.

  4 attempts now to use TidyMe and nothing In the last 2 I have been told I will receive a text 24 hours before. I have had zero contact and no cleaners arrive. My contact information is correct. Not ideal when you have to plan around working from home, animals, toddlers ensuring the house is cleared so someone can come in and no one turns up. The first two attempts were failed either but happy to give them/the booking system the benefit of the doubt there.
  
  I would avoid using until there can be some guarantees made about having someone come.

  Booked a clean in the city, easy to use site and good prices. They text me the day before and asked if possible to come in a wider time window (I said no problem and gave an 8h window) then they messaged me one hour before the cleaner was due and told me it was cancelled. This was my first clean on a subscription plan so big beware to new customers, they probably just won't show up and you'll be left with a dirty property last minute!
