Was here for a wedding. Nice place but Im not sure if I'd book here anytime soon. Just had a change of management so hopefully that's all that it was.
This place is like heaven in the bush! Can't wait to stay again!
This place is heaven, serene settings, relaxing, cosy accommodation
Peaceful, quiet and regenerative. Have been to Bamarang multiple times without any troubles whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone that wants a break from the city noise.
The Round House was great - very comfortable for four adults and three teens. The kids enjoyed sleeping on the couch / futon in front of the huge fireplace. No TV, internet or mobile coverage meant we all had a great time talking, playing games at night, and a sound sleep after bike riding, kayaking and rock climbing during the day.
Kayaking: there's a kayak put-in ramp at Calymea Creek about 2km up the road.
Climbing: Thompson's Point's about a 10 minute drive / 30 minute bike ride away, but there is also some good bouldering a few minutes walk into the bush behind the Round House (part of the Bamarang Nature Reserve?).
Tip: despite the roaring fire, I can imagine it could get a bit chilly in the depths of winter, and the floor's tile and finished cement. Bring your ugg boots!
We couldn't fault these guys it was such a relaxing amazing experience we had such a great time as did our kids we will definitely be going back again :)
Thank you guys so much
