Nice to know that when severely disabled people in electric wheelchairs living in a high physical support apartment who rely completely and entirely on one of your lifts you take hours to days to come here then proceed to tell us there is nothing wrong with the lift despite providing evidence of it not working. Yet a cleaner gets stuck and someone comes out immediately… absolutely disgraceful service! Twice this week the lift has been stuck on top level and your technicians want to tell us it’s not faulty…so not being able to call a lift down is normal now is it?
