We are overall very happy with our new granny flat. Some negatives: Communication with initial choice of windows at the start was lacking which caused months of delays with the build.
I was disappointed with the way rubbish was left lying around my yard instead of being deposited in bin right there!! We picked up after some very inconsiderate tradies most days.
Positives: Mark was very agreeable and patient with added variations and changes.
Luke, the project manager was the best! He was on to everything in a very timely manner and fixed all the issues and problems (and there were many!) that arose. I’m sure they were all sick of me by the end! 😀
A big thank you to Mark and Luke for all your efforts to keep a customer happy! 😊
Our daughter loves her new home! ❤️

I'm so disappointed with my experience with this company. What was meant to be my forever dream home had been a challenge all the way through the process. I've had no response from Superior Granny Flats in relation to building faults identified by an independent building inspector and an independent engineer, and have had no alternative but to lodge a claim with QBCC. I trusted these guys and feel so let down and disappointed. The safety of me and my family seems to be of no importance to them whatsoever.

A big big thank you to Ryan. Thank you so much. Ryan went over and above to make sure our Granny Flat was completed on time. We had to be out of our rented place in 7 weeks. Ryan made sure we were given the keys on time. When I would message him he would always reply back. Also a big thank you to Mitch a job well done. 5 stars from me.

Superior Grannyflats are an excellent building company to commission. We highly recommend them. The process from quote, contract, permits and build has been easy and hassle free. Mark Bullock provided excellent house design and site advice with a can do attitude. Shane Swift managed the build and my husband very professionally 👍🏻. Shane kept us regularly up to date with the build progress. The team of contractors were very polite and professional. Superior Grannyflats delivered what they promised.

I chose this company as every time I googled granny flats I gravitated back to their website for some reason. I contacted them and they got back to me fast and were out measuring up and giving me a quote within no time. They are now part way through my build and I am very happy with the progress and quality of everything. Mark and his guys are efficient and reliable.

*edit* my flat is now complete and I am extremely happy. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with the whole way through my build. Thoroughly recommend them.
