We inherited an awards pool when we bought our house. The pool cracked as the there was not enough steel support and the pillings were not deep enough. We had to replace the whole pool because of the cost cutting on the pool construction by award pools.

We had a great experience with the whole team when we decided to install an in ground swimming pool at our home. Brad and Trent were the only people who we saw during the quoting process (after getting two other quotes) that really listened to what we were after and came up with a design that was perfect for our needs and our backyard. The construction process ran smoothly and Paul was always contactable and kept us informed along the way. The quote we received at the beginning was exactly what we paid at the end so their were no nasty surprises or hidden charges. The pool looks great, is easy to maintain and we are very happy with the overall result. Many thanks and would highly recommend!

We inherited an Awards pool almost 10 years ago and have continued to use Award Pools for service and maintenance ever since. The staff have been fantastic and super responsive to all our needs. Bernadette in the office runs a tight ship and no problem is ever too big! Kevin, Shane, Tom, Pete and Paul have all been on site at some time or other and have provided expert advice and timely solutions every time. We have been very happy with Award Pools and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of installing and/or maintaining a pool!

Award Pools are fantastic. Award built our pool and are now servicing it for us. From Brad, Bernadette, Kevin, Pete and Paul all are very thoughtful and caring people. We were building our house at the same time. Brad and his team went above and beyond to make sure my home builder would come back onsite.

We had our amazing pool designed and built 4 years ago by Award Pools. From the office ladies to Brad and James and the service crew Peter and Shane our pool is still as beautiful as the first day it was built, we use it all yr round. I have and would recommend this family business to anyone that wants there dream pool and most of all to still be important to them 4 yrs later as customers and not forgotten once works complete.
