Really good customer service. Had an immediate problem with the coolant just after service. Caught it on time, drove the car back to these guys. They were professional and friendly. Fixed it up right away. Well, it shouldn't have happened in the first place though.

Jeff & the team at Automasters North Perth did a fantastic job on my Holden Astra. I had some less than satisfactory repair work done at another mechanics which resulted in a breakdown and damage to parts in my vehicle, leaving me feeling pretty stressed out.

Jeff was understanding of my situation and reassured me that their team would look after me. I am so thankful for the excellent customer service I received throughout the time my vehicle was being repaired, I was kept in the loop and there were no hidden costs.

The work done was extremely thorough and they got to the bottom of the problem. The vehicle has been driving like a dream since. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, affordable repairer then these are the guys to go to. They also service our family’s Ford Territory, Holden Commodore and Subaru Forrester and have for years. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Wouldn't trust these guys with a head gasket on a lawn mower, let alone a car.

Expensive diagnosis fees with bogus results, staff unable to think logically to figure out problems.

Hilarious claim of "no oil in my intake manifold", after removing part of the manifold myself I found a comically large amount of oil sitting inside of it. Interesting how trained mechanics failed to notice this. More likely they just didn't look.

Please for the sake of your vehicle, don't take your car here.
