From the moment I left my enquiry with Jack, I was contacted promptly and dealt with professionally. The help I received about the respite homes and the advice on what they had to offer made the experience of finding the right respite home much easier. They made all the appointments for me and liaised with the respite homes making it stress free for me.

My husband receive the plan management, daily living and social support from Access Foundation. Very supportive, good listener, excellent support workers and management team, made my life so easy. My husband never used to go out before, now he loves to go outing and it is a big change.
Access mobile app is lovely, can check my NDIS funding any time, any where, every day.
Access help me to find the job and now I work part time when my husband get the support worker, that is fantastic.

Customer compliment stating staff who supported her was a breath of fresh air in her day. Very impressed on how everything has been put in place for her , how Access Foundation continue with communication regarding her support services, found staff to be very supportive
from office staff to support staff.
Access foundation likes to hear back from customers regarding our services as this is passed onto staff how they are appreciated.

So glad I chose access foundation as my plan manager. Can't say how much they have made the process so easy for me. Excellent communication, excellent response time in getting back to me with questions. Pays invoices very quickly. If you need a plan manager for ndis, I highly recommend Access Foundation.
