  This is my second service with Auto Masters in Norwood on my Ford Fiesta 2010. The car always feels better to drive after being serviced here unlike other auto service centres I have been to in the past. One really good thing is that they always call first for any work or repairs that need to take place and provide a quote so I know how much it will cost. It's good value for money as well. The cleaning of windows and vacuuming the carpet etc is a bonus. They are very professional and easy to deal with. Thank you Auto Masters. Highly recommend for services or car repairs. The payment methods offered make it easier to stay on top of everything.

  Went on Saturday for car service.Requested to replace one parking globe as the other one was working and they charged $50 on top of other charges ($365 in total) just for replacing the parking lights. Which is merely a $5 halogen globe. When I came back home and tried the lights, the one had issues before was still not working. Rather they replaced the one that was working fine previously. Not sure why it was hard for them to double check before delivering the car back to customer. Also, requested to change only wiper refill as my blade was original and was of very good quality. Instead they replaced the whole blade with a cheap quality one. Not a good experience at all
  
  Edit : The owner Russel is a good person and handled my issues professionally. My lights and wipers are fixed in no time.

  Had my car towed in a few weeks ago for an engine non-start, the staff there was very professional, clinically tested all problems associated with a non-start and finally found out what was the problem. As for pricing, due to me never going there previously, and having my car towed in unable to start - they could have charged me anything and I would have very little say on the matter. On the other hand they did not, and they charged me a very reasonable price!! These guys are highly recommended, and will be back again!!! Thank you Auto Masters Norwood.

  Good on ya guys. I could not open my bonnet and they fixed it for free, and I've never been there before. Everyone I met was friendly and chatty.
  
  They've just gained themselves a customer.
  
  Now to top my water up so I can wipe my windscreen clean.
