Good value for money, trustworthy, qualified.
I've been a customer of theirs for 4 years now and for a few vehicles, I do recommend them to my friends.

This is not specifically service related, but the door to door salesman that hassled me at home and couldn't take no for an answer made sure I'll never go service my car there or recommend that anyone I know should go there. Who I choose to service my car with is my prerogative, not something I want to be debating at my front door at dinner time.

Worst place I have ever been! The owner Justin has no sense of costumer service, after my "service" my car was struggling to drive so I called them and explained the problem, they told me to bring it back in. I asked how long it would take and if it would cost anything to which he replied it could take 5 mins or 5 hours and if we caused the damage we will fix it but if not you will. I took it in 2 days later. Justin appointed another mechanic to come for a drive with me, we drove for a bit and I asked if he wanted to drive it to see for himself. He said no he would need to put the car on the hoist. I asked how long that would be as I had to go to work soon he said there were already cars on there so he wouldn't know. When I got back to garage I asked again how long and said I needed to go to work. I went home called a mechanic to come and have a look. Within 5 minutes he popped my bonnet and saw that they had not put the air hose on properly! They shouldn't have even needed to touch that part of my car!! Very dodgey and lie! Do not trust them at all! They also charged me 200 for for 2 globes a washer and some fluid.

I was dissapointed with their service, they quoted all these extras that I needed and made me feel like my car is a heap of crap. I had a voucher to use with them so I thought I would try them out. Even with the voucher I found them to be overpriced for their level of service. And as for their 100point safety check. They missed replacing a brake light (which I had told them about). Had to take it back again for that which I was a bit miffed. But they seemed to have a lot of time to explain all the extra things I urgently needed doing to my car. Even though most of the things I had done with my last mechanic only six months earlier. I'm sure that coolant and brake fluid does not need changing more than every 2 years. And even that may be more often than what most people do.
