  We wanted to rent a van, but seeing that we were late with ordering a van, this was not that easy. But they were so helpfull, answered very quick and always tried to find the best solution to our requests. After less than two days we found a van that fitted what we wanted. Great help!

  If you are having any doubts, let me reassure you. My partner and I booked through Arun in late October and he has done absolutely everything in his power to ensure we have the best trip possible. We have little knowledge about WA and Arun gave us amazing advice as well as was very transparent about all of the logistical things. He promptly answered every question & request I had as well as guided us in which camper van would be best for us. I highly recommend this company, we have hired camper vans through other companies around Australia and none of them have been as accommodating and personable. I will now ONLY go through Australian backpackers for all of my future trips.

  We dealt with Arun from Australian Campers and he was a life saver! ..after leaving it extremely last minute to find a camper van and calling hundreds of companies, Arun was the first person who was willing to help..and he found us a fan for 2 days time! Great service would definitely recommend! Thanks Arun!

  Extremely responsive and helpful customer service, they went above and beyond to find me a car that would suit my needs and helped work with my budget. They didn't let it deter them that I was on my P's and found a company that could work with me. They explained insurance options and the fit outs.

  We can't say enough good things about the folks at Australian Backpackers. Although we weren't typical customers, Mathijs went out of his way to help us on our recent trip to Sydney. He took time to help us decide where to visit given the limited time we had in Australia and also booked a side trip for us. When we thought we needed to find temporary luggage storage his associate suggested a reasonable option. Great service by friendly people!

  Australian backpacker office with Kim was always like coming home! We started there and they prepare us for nearly everything we needed, travel for a year When we came back to Sydney after our van broke down the first thing we did was going to the office and it felt like coming home. Great support always!

  Home away from home I guess sums it all up. well organised in most aspects. kitchen is being cleaned thoroughly twice daily and the value for money is what I paid for the services I got. Thumps up all the way. including friendly funny staff and guests. I recommend it to all who wish to stay for a long or short term. oh yeh so close to the city
