Real deal hole. They Promised to do a end of lease cleaning job on agreed upon price but did not showed up. I Called several times, left text but did not even have the courtesy to call back.

I used them for end of lease cleaning.
At the first time, it was easy to get email from them. But when I asked the re-cleaning service, he didn't answer right away and I sent the same msg for a few times to be answered.
They also left some stains on the carpet in front of my enterance but refused to clean them, because he insists he didn't make them.
He said the marks weren't there, when they left.
I am 100% sure he made them from his cleaning tools.
My husband and I saw them on the cleaning day but didn't mention it.
I thought the stains just wet spots which will be ok once they are dry.
I don't want to make an argument over the phone and waste my time and effort for extra $100.
I sent mag and no msg back again.
I will hire another carpet cleaner to clean it.
They don't have resposibility and don't know how to finish their job.
Never recommend this company to other people.
At the first time, their price is attractive but you need to spend extra money and will get extra stress to finish your cleanig perfectly and bond back.

Last Tuesday I hired Perth Home and Office Cleaning to do a vacate on my property in Scarborough. I was told the house was ready to be inspected and to say I was disappointed is a total understatement, the quality of clean was below poor, at first glance I found a dead cricket wrapped in cobwebs on the floor, the pantry hadn't been wiped down, the linen cupboard hadn't even been opened as I found a hair in it, none of the wardrobes had even been opened let alone had the team made any attempts to wipe down the walls. When I expressed my concern to the cleaner he said he would come back once the real estate agent had been through as they might pick up other things that needed cleaning and there was no point going through the house 3 times to fix things up. I went back into the house to take photos of my finds as I was forced to hand over the money to the cleaner, please see below. I sent the photos to the cleaner and he responded with - well no one is perfect. I spent 3 hours of my time cleaning a house that I had paid someone else to do. I have been trying to get a refund out of this company but am not getting any response. Wouldn't use or recommended this company.

I had Ban come and and do an end of lease clean and carpet steam clean for my house and they were fantastic. Provided a 72 hour guarantee on the work which was done to a high standard. Very polite and professional and went above and beyond to provide a good service.

100 % end of lease bond back. I swear that the property manager had a few things to be disposed and they did it for free and after the warranty period. I indeed recommend their service as they did a great job and i really thank Garry who i used to contact regulary. Moreover, i looked through different cleaning companies, they were the cheapest + the best cleaning servie. What are you waiting for!!!!
