I had to tow my Porsche Taycan Turbo back for repair to the dealer. Initially, I was terrified of getting the wrong company and person to perform this task, however Porsche Roadside thankfully sent GardenState and Chris. All my fears of damage and abuse of the car during towing quickly disppeared as Chris knew exactly what he was doing. He was super careful and knowledgable and most importantly respectful of the qulaity and price of the car he was dealing with. I couldn't be happier and Chris made an otherwise very stressful trip back to the dealer a relaxed and comfortable drive. I think GardenState are lucky to have Chris!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE from one of the drivers today - left me stranded, waiting to hear back from him in "5 minutes"50 mins later, I called to be told he'd left to another job! Not even a call or message. What a low-life of a person does that??!!! Didnt even have the spine to answer my calls-funny that. Not only is that appalling service, it's not even a decent human being! Then very reluctant & coy to disclose the company name when calling!
Mercedes-Benz should review using this provider - they are tainted with this SUB-STANDARD "SERVICE"!! Simple, Mercedes-Benz should NOT use them!

If you have a choice, DO NOT USE GARDENSTATE TOWING-they dont deserve your exhaust fumes, let alone your money!!! SHAMEFUL!!

"Joe" from the same company, later in the day, was the complete opposite!! Wonderful, helpful, patient.

Chris towed my car today and I was so grateful for the way in which he handled a tricky situation with such care. My car could have easily been damaged if not for the careful manner in which Chris handled the car. He was genuinely concerned for me and the car and I would be confident to recommend him again.

I had called up Kia roadside assist and they dispatched Harley to my house where the two front wheels of my car was stuck in mud and I needed the car to be towed out. It's your employees who make your organization great right? On that note - these 5 stars are for Harley from Gardenstate Towing. He was professional, explained what he was going to do, courteous to other people getting in and out of our way (other cars on the street). I did not have to do anything and the job was completed under 10 minutes! I would recommend calling them if you have a problem with towing!

Terrible, I work for another towing company and it took 3 attempts to contact them. They wouldn't answer, were dismissive towards me, I'm female so maybe that had an effect on how they treated me but they were good to my partner as soon as he got on the phone. Pretty disgusting, I was trying to get a customers car out of their yard that they had paid for. Anyway, lesson learnt.

I called Gardenstate for a tow. Martin, the gentleman who took my call was polite, attentive, communicative and showed a high level of professionalism and respect, whilst assisting me with the dilemma I was in. Martin made me feel safe and at ease as valued a customer. I highly recommend Gardenstate Towing. I wouldn't waste my time with any other.
