One staff is incredibly rude and impatient. Worst experience out of all post offices I've ever been to. That staff member should be fired. I can't remember her name properly, I think it's Shaila.

The store itself is terrific but I just had a bad telephone experience today speaking with one of the staff. I wanted to ask if they could try to call Syndal post office because I can't seem to get through to them. The lady I spoke with today was very rude and even asked me to walk to the post office to collect it as they can't keep it for me for longer than 10 days. At least, she could have told me politely.

Had a great experience here during the Glen renovations. Fran made our passport applications a breeze. She was friendly and efficient, and was happy to correct our mistakes.
