Terrible service.
I had 2 parcels to collect yesterday, the man that attended to me was too inconvenienced to locate my second parcel and dismissed me. I was absolutely stunned at this man's reluctance to do a bit of searching to deliver the expected service (eg. what he is employed to do) and the manner in which he dismissed me.
His colleague was helpful enough to get my second package.

Its a bad reflection on how Australia Post educates, and / or selects the person they employ to deliver their service.

Worst post office I have been to. Huge queue while 3 staff members are chatting and laughing out the back.
No regard for social distancing, calls a customer up while I am standing at the counter.
Senior gentlemen serving was dismissive - could not even bother searching for an item on the computer when I had a tracking number.
If you have a choice go to Windsor!

Worst post office ever. I came in Saturday for a postage quote with the item which was weighted and was quoted $7.50, which I passed onto the item buyer. Came back in Tuesday to post item, served by the same person and it cost me $14.85.
Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will not use this post office again. Thanks for losing me money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Always come there as it is closest to my place. The lady there is always friendly and remembers all the customers. Helpful and smiling. No bad experience so far.
