Receiving a parcel should be fun and exciting yet whenever my tracking shows me that my parcel has been redirected to this post office for collection, I am devastated. Despite it being out of the way for me personally (can't my parcel go to Barkly Sq so I can at least browse Kmart at the same time?!), this post office gives me the heebie jeebies. The workers seem miserable and the whole room smells like fresh air hasn't entered since it was first built.
I'm all about small businesses usually but Australia Post buying out this LPO would be welcome here.

The delivery drivers drop off the Collection cards not the actual item and then expect you to get it some time between 8.30am 5.00pm Mon-Fri Ridiculous.

It's 2017 and this post office is only open during standard working hours. I wish aus post drivers would drop packages to another post office that is at least open on Saturday morning. Lame.

I wish all of them at Parkville Post Office would lose their jobs and wipe off the entitlement of their stupid unfriendly faces.
I wish they would learn a thing or two about customer service and how to be accountable and organized in the workplace.

Worst service you could ever imagine.
Owner just saw me wait and left me outside for 30mins until the exact 8.30am opening time.
Not exactly community friendly or helpful in my books, when he could have kindly used 30s of his time to give me the one letter.
