I was expecting a parcel and as I was moving house at the time and was unsure which address to have it delivered to.
As such I had it sent to Highpoint post office, Post Restante, in order to collect it when it arrived. I have done this twice before at highpoint with no issue. This time the parcel was refused and returned to sender which lead to increased cost upon having it reposted. A post office should not refuse post.response / report this review -

Very slow service, always a line due to being in a shopping centre. Staff aren't that friendly or helpful

Always a massive line (like most Australia Posts). One the employees (the guy) is quite rude and possibly racist.
