Went to get my WWC check done. The girl behind the counter did not have a clue as to what she was doing. I carried my DL, Aust passport, citizenship cert , Medicare and health insurance cards with me. She turned me away asking me to bring a utility bill. ???? My wife went to get passport photos done few weeks back. 430pm! The old lady behind the counter yelled at her "I am not doing another passport today as I've done so many". She was with my 6 month old. The people who are working here need to learn what customer service is.

Went to pick up a parcel I arrived at 5:02 the lady refused to serve me and told me they were closed, well 2 other customers in the store . . . beyond frustrating.
