Service was terrible from finance to pick up pick up day was rushed Steve who showed us how to set up broke a part of toilet canasta when slamming it back in. the van was dirty on the outside like it had been used would not repair damage under the fold out king bed just kept blaming us and was not covered under warranty. and was not told we had to put rego on the van we had to take it to qld transport after picking up van to pay more money for rego was told that what we paid was on road cost. We got a call to ask for feed back and obviously
Gave them bad feed back lady didn’t want to hear it and hung up .I would not recommend Austrack to anyoneresponse / report this review -

Today was a great day, not only did we finally find the ideal camper for us that met all of our requirements but exceeded them. The Talawana X15 is an exceptional piece of gear. We looked at a lot of different campers but none had everything we wanted or if they did they were out of our budget, the Talawana has so many features as standard that we couldn’t believe the price. Chris at the Rocklea Showroom was very professional ,honest and easy to talk to with answering any questions we had. So impressed with this camper we placed an order for our very own piece of paradise.

Picked up our Tanami x13 from Rocklea. We had a brilliant 2 hour handover, where Steve covered everything. Steve and Chris have made our journey buying our first van such an easy experience from our first visit to the Rocklea showroom to Handover.

This family owned business certainly have passion for Australia's Great Outdoors. There vast range of Off Road Camper trailers, Hybrid Campervans have everything you need to head off & play in the Land of Oz . They certainly have a wealth of experience, knowledge to make all of us Aussies Dreams come true.. Fantastic seminar last week. It was certainly informative & has made us the First Timers feel now at ease with all your help it was truly appreciated for your time & effort. We could see that all of the blokes there talk the talk & walk the talk.. Looking forward to vast range of 4WD activities that you provide in the up & coming future events . We have had an awesome experience with Steve at Rocklea. Steve has been extremely helpful, friendly, no question to silly, extremely informative.
He has made us feel like part of the Austrack family.
The quality of the tanami x11 is excellent.
Towed like a dream.
Steve's handover was very thorough and he didn't mind me videoing so we could quick reference if we needed to down the track.
We would strongly recommend anyone to go to the Rocklea showroom, pop in and say hi.
