Both ourselves and few friends have terrible experience with this firm. They are very dishonest and unethical in their work in property valuations. It seems they are more driven with what figure the banks will benefit more rather than true unbiased market value for the clients homes. Our message to this type of unprofessional and unfair conduct is : "this behaviour will not go unnoticed and you will be paying for under valuing people properties which belong to families with hard earned savings backed with blood and sweat"
