Carlos and Nick run an honest, helpful shop. When my battery died from non-use during lockdown, they attempted to slow re-charge it over several days, for free. But the battery was beyond recovery, so they sold me a second-hand battery at an excellent price. Unfortunately, that battery went flat after less than two months, but they replaced it for free and offered to check over my car for any charging problems or a drain on the battery. I sold the car a few days later, so they never did look at it, but the point is they would have. They also gave me a full refund on a solar charging panel I never used, having sold the car. So, all in all, they went out of their way to help me out, though I hadn't given them much paid business. They're a bit hard to find, on a tiny back alley in South Melbourne, but worth seeking out. AMAZING Customer Service! At 7pm on a Monday night I urgently needed a new car battery, and within 30 minutes of speaking to Nick on the phone, he had raced down and opened up the shop to install my new battery - at no additional cost either. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff, and the battery was a great price too. My partner and I will definitely be back for any future battery and service needs. Thanks Nick :)

Needed a battery installed today. Nick took my call and said come on over.
Great service from a guy who knows his stuff e.g. Batteries.
Pleased with the choice of batteries and the one I chose.
Car needs a service soon and their sister site in Brooklyn does them. I think I will give them a try.

Nick is an absolute gun! We had the best experience with 5 star service - and on a Sunday! He is honest and knows what he’s talking about! He went above and beyond for us and is reasonably priced, super trustworthy. Quality guy as well! My partner and I will definitely be coming back for our regular services in the future. :)

The customer service displayed by Nick was incredible to say in the least. I needed a new car battery at 5pm last Sunday afternoon (not ideal!) and Nick not only opened up his shop for me and installed it, he then informed me that I had actually had the wrong battery in my car for the last 7 or so years! (Turns out he was right).
I am very happy I found this company, Nick is very honest and I got a really great price (in comparison to the usual suppliers)! Will definitely be back for a service soon.
